On my second visit, I could see the hotel had improved a lot, and its location is quite strategic. The rooms are okay and have basic amenities like a geyser. They still need better room service and a restaurant.

The room was clean, the staff behaved well, and the location is very good.

The staff had a don't-care attitude, and there was no food arrangement or even bottled water supplied. The corridors were dirty, the TV was broken, and there was no room service. They wouldn't accept the online price, and I paid 1800 for a five-hour extension beyond the 11 am departure time.

On 21st October 2024, I went to meet a friend at this hotel, in the reception area, and asked a staff member where the washroom was. He directly refused, saying it wasn't for outsiders. I politely asked again to use it, but he still said no. I was very disappointed. I had thought about taking a video, but how can you run a hotel without that much decency?

The staff have a bad attitude and behave rudely toward guests. Service is very poor, and the rooms aren't cleaned properly. Avoid this place if you don't want to get caught up in a scam.
