OYO 9000 The Syncretic Guest House

The owner was polite, helpful, and well behaved. My stay was a very good experience: the room was organized, clean, and felt premium. Even the washroom was so spotless it seemed new.

The manager seems busy with household activities and doesn't check on the place, while the staff don't seem to care about customers or do their work. There's no maintenance, and the rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Cockroaches and dirt are everywhere. Very bad.

The manager was very helpful and sincere, and the staff were well behaved. The hotel has a nice ambience. I held two important occasions here, and both were a wonderful experience.

The rooms and linens were tidy, the property was well maintained, and everything was cleaned and sanitized daily. We also had good quality home cooked food at an affordable cost, served by Mr. Jayanta, even though the guest house has no kitchen. Staying here felt homely and safe during the pandemic. The wooden work inside and outside the rooms looks elegant. Mr. Jayanta, the property manager, was congenial, and the other staff were helpful and well behaved.
