The rooms and bathrooms are both really small. Bring your own mosquito repellent. They don’t provide bottled water for free either, it costs about one and a half times the market price.

The staff are very nice, but the hotel has no kitchen or electric kettle in the rooms. They don’t clean daily or provide toiletries either. We booked through OYO for 1,500 rupees plus 18% GST, and it didn’t feel worth that price.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My friend and I had to head to the office early, so we asked whether breakfast could be served before 8 a.m. The manager said their shift starts at 8:30 and it might not be possible, but he’d try. The next morning, he brought breakfast to our rooms. That kind of effort is what guests hope for, and I really appreciate it.

I noticed they were buying breakfast from a street fast-food shop. I was across the street and saw it myself. OYO includes breakfast, but that doesn’t mean guests should be given street food. The TV didn’t work, and there was no water in the washroom. They couldn’t even provide a doormat. When I asked about the TV, they told me it was broken. One of the worst services under OYO. If you can, avoid this hotel.
