I booked 10 rooms for friends and family during my wedding, and the experience was horrible. Staff lacked hospitality and seemed uneducated. They made up random calculations to get more money from us, didn’t provide towels when we asked, and wouldn’t open the doors in the morning when guests needed to leave. That’s only part of the list. Don’t book here, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

I booked a room for 800, but when I reached the hotel they demanded 1400. The staff behaved terribly and threatened me. They don’t seem interested in OYO bookings. I’ve never seen a hotel like this before, a very bad experience.

Don’t book this hotel online. Even with a confirmed OYO booking, they told me the classic rooms were full and only deluxe rooms were available. Then they asked for around 1100-1200 extra for one night.

After a 12-hour journey, I arrived with my Agoda booking and was told they hadn’t received it. In reality, they won’t rent a room for under 1000 INR. It was the worst service I’ve encountered. Avoid booking OYO hotels.

The hotel is very dirty and constantly smells like a smoking area. Even if you book a room, they’ll charge you extra when you check out.
