We had a peaceful, comfortable stay, and the staff were decent. Check-in was straightforward: show the booking ID and government-issued ID cards, and they assign you a room. Bidhannagar Road Junction is around a 15-minute walk away, while City Centre is about a kilometre away. We had to go out to find food, but the experience was good enough.

It's connected well to public transport, and the food and the staff's behaviour were okay for me. For a budget one-night stay, it might do. But the rooms are all on the ground floor and feel more like a hostel or shared flat than a hotel, and it's not easy to find. The TV didn't work at all. The bathroom has no shower, and the old water fixtures don't work properly. They also charged over 1000 extra, regardless of the Oyo or other app price, and wouldn't accept payment through the booking app.

They take cash only and won't accept Oyo's online payment. The owner was rude, and I felt harassed. If you want to avoid that kind of experience, don't check in here. One of the worst places in the Salt Lake area.

It's in a quiet neighborhood, and the place has a homely feel. I didn't feel like I was staying in a hotel so much as being at home. It's not luxurious, though.
