Park Eastern Hotel

The spotless, well-appointed room was a welcome retreat after a long day exploring, and the whole stay was exceptional thanks to the staff. Check-in was seamless, and the room service was attentive. Every team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome. Special shout-out to Mr. Swarup Sarkar, a leader par excellence, and thanks to Sridipta, Gaurav, Saba, Md. Ali and Mehtab Ali for their awesome service. We highly recommend this hotel for top-tier hospitality and a comfortable, stress-free stay.

The people here made the stay stand out. From Sridipta at reception to Saba in Housekeeping, plus the server and dining room manager, everyone was amazing. Our rooms were fresh and clean, breakfast was great, and check-in was easy. I came from Toronto with about 10 people for our IHM reunion, and as someone from the hotel industry, I’d give the experience 5 stars. This place is a gem, and I’ll choose it again on my next visit.

Good value for the money, with clean, spacious rooms and a prime location that was why I booked here. Ms Sreedeepti and Mr Sarkar at the front desk were very helpful, and Saba and Ali were hands-on with housekeeping. A fantastic stay.

SABA always greeted us with a smile and made sure our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. We stayed five nights over the New Year holidays while visiting Kolkata, and its Park Street location was a great base for exploring, with Mother Teresa's grave about a 10-minute walk away. My partner and I had a lovely stay, and I highly recommend it to travelers.
