The rooms are clean, the staff are good, the location is handy, and they let you bring outside food. It’s about 40 minutes from howrah station, 2 minutes from Ruby hospital, and near Bhowmik marbles. Wifi is available, and the price is very low. I’d recommend it. One issue is that the owner may ask for another 200 or 300 rs after you arrive. For example, Goibibo might show 800 when you book, then they may ask for 300 extra at the property, and sometimes you feel you have no choice but to pay.

The team were humble and always willing to help, and the service was excellent. Housekeeping kept everything to hygienic standards, with cleaning included midday too. It’s a new property, but my experience was outstanding, and Regency guest house made the stay worthwhile. The location also worked perfectly for my official work.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The watchman and owners are very rude, and local people are allowed to sit and drink on the property. There are regular arguments with neighbors, and drunk people are allowed in late at night, disturbing the peace.

The owner's behavior was rude, and the room felt as tiny as a pigeon coop. I’d rather stay at the railway station than come back to this guest house.
