Caretaker Jafar made the stay especially memorable. He was kind, attentive, and ready to help with a warm smile. The room was quiet and comfortable, with what I needed to relax, and the hotel was clean and well kept. It is also handy for getting to attractions and transport. I highly recommend Hotel Reliable Inn and would stay there again on my next visit.

Friendly, well-mannered staff, and the hotel was very clean. The location was good too.

The staff were friendly, and for a budget room the place was okay. Still, the room was smaller than I expected, the mats by the door were ridiculous, and neither the shower nor the tap had hot water. Room service was slow. I was there with my granddad, so sharing one bed felt awkward. I had expected a room with two separate beds.

It's a basic, small setup, with little rooms but bigger bathrooms. The staff are humble and mostly understand what you need, though the service could be better. Food was okay. The rooms and almirahs smell, and need attention, while the bathroom cleaning and linen could both improve.

I always choose this hotel when I visit kolkata. It has a homely feel, which is hard to find in hospitality, and the food is very good. You can ask to have your food customized, and the staff are always ready to help if you run into any difficulty.
