The stay was just so-so for our family, and the room wasn't neat or clean. Service seemed to happen only if we asked, and they didn't even provide basic water or serve food. The floor was so dirty that walking without shoes left our feet dark. We were on the third floor, and carrying heavy luggage up there was a struggle since nobody helped. The location is convenient, with a hotel, market, food, and metro station nearby. We paid 1,200rs for 24 hours. When we checked out about 10 or 15 minutes late, they started asking for a 500 fine. They didn't end up charging us, but it was still the first thing they said. That seemed unreasonable when we weren't an hour late and they didn't have another customer waiting for the room.

We couldn't sleep through the night because BUG(Charpoka) kept moving around in the bed. The room rent, with all charges included, didn't feel worth it, and the staff's behavior was hard to tolerate. A very bad hotel.

The service was awful, and none of the staff responded. They tried to put us on the third floor, where there's no lift, so we had to carry our own luggage up. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Please avoid it.

We had to check out at 5am, and a staff member said he'd opened the door just for us, so we should tip him. Isn't letting guests check out when they need to part of the job? The staff were horrible, and the service was so disappointing. There's no lift, so you have to carry your bags to the third floor yourself. They wouldn't help bring our luggage, but still pressured us for tips.
