The room was a little small, but it was clean, tidy and well kept. It felt cozy for two, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and had the basic amenities. Stedia in Hotel is in a convenient area for getting around Kolkata, and the atmosphere inside was peaceful, suitable for work or a leisure stay. We had a very pleasant stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were polite, quick to respond and ready to help with a smile. The food was fresh, delicious and well prepared, with a good range of options. Both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations. It’s good value for money, with great service, high food standards and a clean environment. I’d recommend it to solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable stay in Kolkata. A few extra square feet in the room would have been perfect, but everything else made up for that.

The breakfast buffet downstairs has a decent basic selection, and the cafeteria is nicely lit. My room was small, but neat and clean, with regular housekeeping and polite, helpful staff. The bathroom was clean too, though it may feel cramped. Being right by the ‘em bypass means some traffic noise, but I didn’t find it too disturbing once I was inside.

Room design is compact, and the interiors look great. Some rooms face the road toward the stadium. I really enjoyed ordering room service: the Mix Hakka noddles had chicken, egg, and prawns, and the chilli garlic prawn was totally amazing. Services: 4/5. Food quality: 4/5. Food taste: 5/5.

We were in Kolkata on an official visit to a supplier and stayed at Stadia Inn. Its location is very good, right across from Vivekanand stadium and an easy walk from Hyat Regency. The restaurant was average, the food tasted okay, and there wasn’t much choice at breakfast. The rooms are quite small, especially the micro-size bathrooms, and there are only twin beds, no single beds. For work, it was an okay hotel and very reasonable for what we paid.
