2/10
The staff were courteous and professional while helping with the problems, and the hotel's location was excellent. Still, my experience with the app booking was highly unsatisfactory. There were problems with the check-in wait, how the reservation was handled, and a billing discrepancy. Room cleanliness and required amenities were also issues.

The rooms were in very bad shape, with no cleaning, a TV that didn't work, and an AC that didn't work either. Staff service was just as bad. Had a very bad experience, please don't come here 👎🏻

The room's decor is nice, but it seems they don't keep up with the maintenance or cleanliness.
