The caretaker didn’t know about my booking, so I had to wait an hour for a room I’d already paid for. He told me to call whoever had booked the stay and said he couldn’t give me a room. When we asked for drinking water, he handed us an unsealed bottle that he had filled himself. The mattresses were awful too. Not worth it.

We arrived at the bungalow-style hotel very early, and they let us check in and out flexibly, which was a big help since I didn’t want to wait. Say rooms trip manager provided a great property at a reasonable rate, and the service was excellent. Nitu on the central reservations team was also really helpful. I’d definitely recommend it to a friend.

The staff’s rude, disgusting attitude and dreadful service made this one of the worst guest houses I’ve stayed at. The shabby rooms had no amenities, the bathrooms had no racks, and the plumbing was faulty. The TV didn’t work either. Pathetic.

The food was awesome, and the room server at Sikkim was great. Highly recommended.
