The staff were genuinely very good, but the rooms were in extremely unhygienic condition. I don't see how this can be called a 3-star hotel. The franchise company should visit a property before listing it on its platform. Poor experience.

The kitchen stays open until midnight, and laundry is handled regularly. The rooms were decent for the price, and the location was really good. It also works for couples as well as families. I had a good stay here.

I stayed for 3 days, and the bedsheets weren't properly cleaned. My daughter got rashes on her body because of the poor hygiene. The staff were rude and didn't have basic manners when speaking to us.

It's affordable, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is near the New Market Area on Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, about 2 km from the rail station and Victoria memorial. Food is available here too, and room service was good.

I spent 2 days at Hotel NS International, Kolkata with my family, and the service was disappointing. Staff took too long to respond, and the hotel provided just 0.5 liter of water per guest per day. That feels almost ridiculous by today's standards. Basic hospitality needs to improve.
