Hope Inn

I spent four nights and five days here and found the stay peaceful and really lovely. The rooms were clean, nice and posh, and the service was good. All the staff were polite, friendly and caring. The owner and management were excellent. It’s right near Science City in VIP Nagar, and I’d strongly recommend this hotel.

The price is good, and the amenities are good too. It’s easy to get to hospitals, the airport and railway stations. They even serve homemade food. Staying here felt like being at another home in the Joy of city 🙌🤩

I stayed for two nights, and it was a pretty bad experience. My room had no sandals or tissue paper, and when I asked, the receptionist said they don’t provide tissues. At checkout I said I wanted to pay by card, but was told there would be an extra 8% charge. I found that strange. After agreeing to the added charge, I tried paying, but the POS machine declined. My bank still notified me that the money had been deducted. The receptionist kept saying the hotel hadn’t received it because the machine wasn’t working. I had to withdraw cash at an ATM and pay again, so I was charged twice. The receptionist didn’t seem to know much when I asked questions. A horrible stay. Please keep a working POS machine.

Science City is nearby, so the location is convenient. Rooms come in different categories, priced from 1200 to 2000. Mine was very neat and clean, with clean sheets and a spotless washroom.
