The room felt like home, with a cozy feel, a comfortable mattress, high quality sheets and good lighting. There was an electric kettle for tea or coffee, lots of toiletries for men and women, and even a loofah, which surprised me. I also appreciated having space for luggage, a study desk, and a couch with a small table. Breakfast was HUGE, with options for carnivores, vegetarians, vegans and people with celiac disease. Prya in the restaurant was always lovely when I met her at breakfast. She’s a real hostess, kind, sweet and expeditive. All the staff are gentle, kind and ready to solve any problems, and the service was excellent. Thanks to the team and management for doing such a great job. Congratulations on the excellent work. I’ll come back.

The hotel and its location were good, and I enjoyed the two-day stay. The food was good too, especially the à la carte American breakfast. A few receptionists were a little rude to guests for no reason, though. That behavior should be addressed.

The staff, especially miss Debopriya, miss Guddi and mr.Mangal, made us feel welcome right from check-in and went out of their way to help. We had a fantastic stay at sonet. Our room was roomy, very clean, and had a really comfortable bed. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, and the location worked perfectly for exploring the city. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Riya made our dining experience feel warm and homely, and everything about it was just right. At The Aura (Sonnet), the food is thoughtfully prepared, the atmosphere is soothing, and the staff make hospitality feel like an art. Exceptional!
