Red Velvet Inn by OYO

My cousin stayed here for one night after I booked it through OYO. He told me the room was dirty and untidy, and the bathroom stank. It doesn’t seem suitable for families. The staff and service were good, though, and those are the only reasons for the two stars. I’d followed the ratings, including the 4.5-plus score, and that was a mistake. Ask someone before booking instead of trusting the ratings.

The food from NASTA RESTURANT had no taste and no salt, yet the prices were high. On checkout day they didn’t provide tea or breakfast. The room was in very bad condition, the AC wasn’t working properly, and two lights were out. I asked many times, but no electrician came. The food quality was the worst.

I stayed for 20 days, and they charged 900 for just three hours. They even charged for complimentary water. They refused to clean the room, and changed the bed seat only once. Very arrogant.

The staff were well behaved, the rooms were clean, and everything else was good. They let you bring in outside food, but delivery people can’t come up into the building, so you have to collect the order outside. I’m taking off one star because the TV didn’t work and there was no handwash.
