Debashish, the property receptionist, was especially humble, polite, helpful throughout my stay, and very professional. The staff were good, and the rooms were clean, with services provided on request. It was a wonderful stay and the property was worth it. Five stars for Debashish ✨✨✨✨✨

We booked through agoda, but a system issue meant they wouldn't let us check in, even at midnight after we'd had a really tiring long trip. Instead of making up for that, they charged extra because we'd accidentally booked for 1 person instead of 2, even though agoda showed the same price for 2. They wouldn't let us check in unless we paid 500, and we lost 1.5 hour. Since it was the middle of the night, we had to pay. That's the hospitality they gave us. No wonder all the rooms are empty.
