The fitness center and swimming pool were well kept, and the housekeeping team kept my room clean and comfortable. I also found it easy to get around the city from the hotel’s convenient location. The amenities added to a pleasant stay in clean, spacious rooms, and the staff were courteous, professional, and willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and excellent food. Holiday Inn Kolkata showed great hospitality and service, and I’d gladly recommend it for business or leisure. I look forward to coming back.

Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options, and Trisha and Rahul were attentive and polite while serving. Munshi at the service desk welcomed me with a warm smile and genuinely asked how they could improve the guest experience. Reception staff were professional and well mannered. The service was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and clean, though there was a little wear and tear. A very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport. I’d definitely return.

The pool was beautiful, with a scenic view, and the interior had a classy design. Staff were helpful and polite, from welcoming us to escorting us to our room, and they made us feel at home. The food was delicious and up to the mark. Everything felt worth it, and I’d definitely visit again. A wonderful stay.

They unexpectedly upgraded me to a huge, cozy suite, and I found the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of choices. Room service was a bit slow delivering things, even though the staff were courteous, so they could improve the response time. I hope the hotel considers that feedback. The rest was a great experience at Holiday Inn Chinar Park.
