The location worked well for our official visit, especially since there aren't other hotels nearby. The room and room service were both average, though, and the room could be better. Breakfast was included, but it wasn't a buffet. They brought food to the room from local street vendor stalls.
The warm welcome from owner mr Pradeep and the cooperative staff made this feel like a home. I stayed here for 7 days and had a wonderful experience. Thank you.
Pradeep uncle was really friendly, and the hospitality was very good. I had a great time here and would stay again if I get the chance to visit Kolkata.
The property was neat and clean, and both Pradip ji and the service guy looked after us really well. Very good staff.
The bathroom smelled bad, and the AC was noisy. The hotel's wifi wasn't working either.
