The room service was so good, and the staff were really polite. If you're looking for a room, consider this hotel, especially because of abhiram bhaiya. He's such a gentleman and very helpful.

Aviram, the manager, was especially cooperative and the hospitality was five-star. The stay was nice, the rooms were clean, and the service was awesome.

I canceled within 5-10 minutes of seeing the room, even though Booking.com advertised free cancellation, but I never got my money back. Booking.com also refused to take responsibility. Before that, staff had insisted I pay twice the original room price through a suspicious portal using a personal QR code. The place is badly maintained and felt unsafe. The photos are completely misleading and look fake, possibly AI-generated. I don't trust the positive reviews either, as they seem to be from the owner's friends or contacts rather than actual guests. I'd strongly advise people to avoid this place.

The staff were polite and behaved very well, with no unnecessary disturbance. Nice hotel. I'd recommend booking here.
