We had paid for breakfast but the experience was so poor that we skipped it. The room walls had patches, and the sheets, pillows and blankets had suspicious stains. It took over 2 hours to get replacements after we complained. At check-in, even after we provided IDs for all the adults, staff insisted on taking several photos of us, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. The hotel gates were locked after midnight without advance notice or written rules. After a family ceremony, we were stranded roadside for 15 minutes before someone let us in through a side entrance. They claimed to have geysers, but there weren't any, so we couldn't bathe in the winter cold. I'd advise families and couples to look elsewhere. This feels more like a short-stay spot for local couples than a proper hotel for travelers.
