The location was okay, but the service was worse than what I'd get at a lodge. The linen was filthy, including the sheets and comforter cover, and there were no glasses, plates, cups, or kettle. The washroom had no bucket or mug, and there was no soap or towel. We had to ask for everything. My boyfriend shouldn't have booked this place.

We'd booked rooms in advance for our family's Puja visit to Kolkata, but when we got there, we still couldn't get a room. The person who was supposed to confirm the booking with the hotel wouldn't answer our calls. We waited a whole hour and were left frustrated, with no rooms. Don't even consider this rubbish hotel.

Our stay was changed without our consent. We booked one place through #oyo, but at check-in they said the booking had been cancelled and there were no rooms, then told us to go somewhere else. Booking with #oyo was a total scam, and this was completely unacceptable.

There wasn't even a reception counter. They called us to another location to pick up the room keys. Forget professionalism, this was a horrible stay and the worst one I've had.

They welcome you to mohur kunja and claim it's the same hotel, then say Love Point has been closed for ages and isn't available. If you book Love Point, they offer you a stay at mohur kunja for 1200 or 1500 or 2000. They have one hotel under two names, and Love Point doesn't physically exist. Totally a scam.
