The rooms were really poor, and the staff behaved badly. The hotel appears on every booking site but won't accept reservations made through online platforms. Never book here, or go to this very low-class hotel in Kolkata.

I had a terrible stay. I booked the room through OYOROOMS, and the app price was lower than the "Pay at hotel" rate, so I said I'd pay through the app. The manager refused, then said I could use Oyo but he'd cancel my booking. I ended up being forced to pay him directly. The room was in very bad shape, with a stained bedsheet the staff wouldn't replace despite our requests. We weren't given drinking water, and when we asked, staff brought a refilled bottle. There were no bathroom towels either. Worst experience. OYO also had no option for me to leave feedback.

Agoda confirmed my booking and I'd already paid through the app, but when I arrived, the hotel refused to let me in, saying there were no rooms and that I should contact Agoda. They work with lots of booking apps, yet don't know how to treat guests. The worst hotel.

Whenever I book through an online platform, the hotel management cancels it. I'm from Haryana and can't book in person, so how am I supposed to reserve directly? Please share a contact number for the hotel staff so I can book with them.

I'm a regular at this hotel, and the service they provide is genuinely amazing and authentic.
