Tatvam Residency

It's a good stay overall, with a large room, clean toilet, and fresh bed linen. Breakfast is served in a shared dining room. The spread isn't especially lavish, but they'll serve what you ask for. The location is fairly close to BISWA BANGLA MELA PRANGAN near Picnic Garden VIP Auto Stand. Park Street, Kamac Street, and Victoria Memorial are about 15-20 minutes away.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and the rooms were excellent. Food was good too. We paid 21k for two days. Our 3bhk flat had attached bathrooms, wardrobes with lockers, a kitchen with a freezer and oven, and a balcony in every room. There was also complimentary breakfast and an electric kettle.

We enjoyed the stay, and security seemed adequate. Every staff member provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. A little plumbing work is needed, mainly in the kitchen and one washroom. I'd strongly recommend it for boarding.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, induction cooker, and water filter, with bottles and cutlery provided. Food ordered from the menu is good. The rooms are large, clean, and each has a balcony, though the bathroom was a little unclean. There's seating for at least 10 on the sofa set and a dining table for six. The swimming pool is small but clean. A very good serviced apartment overall.
