The food servers were lovely and very kind, and everything else was good enough. But at a marriage ceremony dinner, I noticed dust on a plate as I picked it up. When I told management, they ignored the issue and just asked me to take another plate, which left me with a bad impression. The location is good, though the place isn't quite up to the mark.
The hotel is close to Quest Mall, and the AC worked, with both hot and cold water available. Still, it didn't feel like a usual hotel. The entrance was confusing, the rooms weren't very clean, the TV didn't work, and there were no towels in the bathroom.
The hall has plenty of space, which makes it a great choice for a wedding. The price is a little high, though.
Rooms are available on the upper floors if needed, and the service is good enough. The ground-floor banquet hall can comfortably fit 150 to 200 people. It works well for family events like weddings or office parties, with other arrangements available too.
The terrace is a nice spot for an outdoor party, and gives you some fresh air when the guest area gets crowded. This place suits a small wedding or engagement, but probably not a large wedding. A good venue for a smaller function, though a bit pricey.
