We stayed one night before heading to Sundarbans the next morning. A nice option for a short stay. The room was a little small for two, but clean and pleasant. Breakfast was decent, with poori aloo, poha, suji halwa, bread, fruit, and more.

The staff stood out for me. They were genuinely polite and attentive, and from check-in through check-out everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome and valued. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the well-kept room was clean, spacious, and nicely arranged. I had a very pleasant stay.

The twin room has more space than the deluxe room with a single bed. Both the room and washroom were very clean. The location is also very good, near the famous Park Street and the metro station.

I spent 3 days here and had a good experience. The food and service were good, and so was the room. The staff were very cooperative. The location is handy for public transport. Thanks to Mr. Gupta for sorting out my query 👍🏻

For anyone coming to shop, this hotel is right in the main market and is an excellent choice. It's very clean and tidy, and the staff are nice. My one drawback: they ask for checkout early, at 11 o'clock.
