OYO 87562 Amar Raj Vista

I paid for a room online through MakeMyTrip and reached at 7pm, but reception was rude and refused to check me in, saying my online payment wasn’t enough. I ended up booking another hotel 7kms away. When I complained to MakeMyTrip, this hotel claimed I had never visited. That’s so cheap. I was traveling solo and left, but imagine arriving with family or a group, then being asked for extra money. People might pay just to avoid the hassle. Never book here. I see lots of 5 star reviews and think they may be paid or fake. The location also isn’t great, with no shops, restaurants, or transport nearby, at least within 500mtrs.

I booked through OYO, but when I got to the hotel, staff said they wouldn’t give me a room at that price and called OYO a fraud. They told me to pay extra cash or leave, so I had no choice but to pay more. The service and hygiene were also very bad. I’m asking everyone else not to visit this hotel.

There’s no address and nothing clear, then they ask for money afterward. You might get a room if you’re lucky, but I’m not sure they’ll even provide a bed. You could end up sleeping on the floor with a mattress. Fraud.

The service was okay, but the rooms weren’t cleaned and the linen was dirty. It’s near Eco Park.
