The problems just kept piling up. A rat was living in the AC, and its droppings were on the floor whenever we got back from work. One night the power suddenly went out and nobody from the staff came to help. Eventually the watchman told us at 3:00 am to move to a room with generator backup, but the fans and AC there didn’t work. We waited three hours for lunch after being told twice to wait another half hour. In the end, they told us to eat in the entrance lobby because a conference was using the dining area. For the first three days, I had to keep asking them to fix the water heater. I refused to pay for those nights, and only after I threatened them did they repair it. The staff were extremely lazy, ignorant, and arrogant, and service was very slow. I’d never had room problems like these before. Don’t stay here.

The room was a decent size, but it wasn’t clean at all, and the bathroom floor was so slippery that I fell. The food was okay, though a little oily and spicy. Getting checked in took at least 10 to 15 minutes. After that, the attendant said they’d bring water in five minutes, but another ten minutes passed without it. I had to go back to reception and ask before they gave me a bottle. One of the worst hotel experiences, with very bad service.

The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, and the service from the friendly staff was great. My room was a bit small for what I paid, though, and the hotel is a little far from the main road and nearby markets. Still, I had a pleasing stay.

It’s in a very peaceful area, and couples are welcome. You can order outside food through Zomato or Swiggy, which is handy since the in-house restaurant portions are quite small. They have two-wheeler parking and outside parking for cars. The rooms are on the small side, but the staff are awesome and friendly, and room service was good. Very good hotel, I’m sure you’ll enjoy staying there!
