The hotel seems to be getting worse. I waited from 8 to 9 PM yesterday, and they appeared short-staffed. The bedsheet was dirty and soiled, though they did change it after I complained. The TV also wasn’t working properly. The place needs urgent renovation.

I found the behavior uncivilized and unpolished, and there was very little concern for guest problems. They tried to charge extra for early check-in even though a room was vacant, which felt like money-grabbing. This is the worst hotel I’ve seen. I’d never suggest booking it.

The reception staff helped me get a room even though I arrived without a booking and all rooms showed as sold out online. I really appreciated their kindness. The rooms are nice and have good facilities. It’s on a busy street, which felt secure, and Salt Lake Stadium is across the road. Transport is good, with a Metro station a few minutes’ walk away and other places to explore nearby. Great ambience, highly recommend.

The reception and restaurant looked beautiful, and the hotel is near gate No 1 of salt lake stadium in a very good location. But the room we got had broken flooring and an unclean bathroom. Room service was awful: despite repeated requests around 1 PM, the extra towel didn’t arrive until 8 PM. I also asked several times for drinking water from 8 PM onward. They kept telling me it would cost money, which was fine with us, but we didn’t get it until 10 AM. We paid 2200 for one night, a reasonable amount for a room, and this was still one of my worst hotel stays recently.
