The location connects well to different parts of the city, and the staff, from housekeeping to the reservation desk, were humble, courteous and welcoming. Room cleaning happened on time, and breakfast was fresh and came just a few minutes after ordering. I felt completely safe staying here. The bedsheets and blankets could be tidier, though.

In Glassotel, room no. 203, I spent one night terrified. As I tried to sleep, I felt someone shaking me, about 10 times, I guess. I finally went to reception and explained what happened, but they refused to change my room. The manager there was very rude. I was so scared that I left at 1 o'clock and got a room at another hotel. People should know about room number 203 before booking. I think the hotel is completely haunted and horrifying.

There were no toiletries in the room, so I had to buy my own. The rooms also fell short of what I expect from Treebo, and the staff were extremely rude, especially the female receptionist. A complete disappointment, and my first and last visit. Never again. 👎😤

Room service was good, and the nearby bus and metro stations made getting around convenient. But the room was cramped for two and had no ventilation. Even in December it got uncomfortably hot unless the AC was on. We paid ₹150 for water bottles, while the breakfast we'd already paid for went unused because of our early flight. They could have adjusted the water cost against it, but didn't. A mixed stay at Glassotel.
