I booked offline and stayed for seven days, from November 24 through the end of November 2025, with my wife. We didn’t have any issues with the room or staff, and everyone at the hotel was good. It’s a very peaceful place, just a walk from Salt Lake Sector 5 metro station. 👌👌

They charge a lot and show no consideration. The rooms can have dirty things like sanitary napkins in them, and cleanliness is zero. The staff don’t do their jobs, and when you complain, they just argue without apologizing. They even proudly say they’ll get offline customers anyway, so they don’t care. Worst hotel in this area. Book at your own risk.

The food was okay, but it came on dirty, old, broken, cracked plates. Staff behaved as if they were hosting us for free, and room service was awful: they’d answer the phone and say okay, but nothing got done. The place charges for everything, even after you’ve paid online, and there’s no parking despite what the website says. Rooms are small and dirty and badly need renovation. Management should hire professional staff. Oyo shouldn’t keep a place like this on its flagship. The location is convenient for work in Sector V, with the metro station within walking distance.

The main issue for me was the food. Outside food isn’t allowed, the food they serve isn’t worth the price, and there aren’t good options nearby. The rooms are a good size, though the price feels high for them. Service was good at first, but once you’re in your room you may not get the service you need.
