The bathroom stank and felt like a public toilet. They wouldn't even provide a water bottle, and were stubborn about charging at least Rs 800 per person, even when I'd booked through booking. Com. It's a long way from the airport. A really awful place to stay.

They showed customers a low price, but if a reserved room could be sold for more, the hotel would make excuses and ask you to leave. If your room was still empty when you arrived, they'd ask for an extra check-in fee or tell you to go. In my case, they sold the room I'd paid for to someone else before I got there, then told me to leave without a refund.

The constant water noise kept me awake. The pipes were damaged, so you could hear water all night, which might help a student study, but it made sleeping a real struggle. I booked through the app and it showed my booking as confirmed. I called for two days straight, but they never answered. My exam centre was nearby, so I felt I had no other choice. Stay at least two days and, honestly, you might get sick. This was the most unhygienic, unpleasant and vulgar hotel I've seen. My scores: room 1/5, sanitation 0/5, behavior 2/5, contact 0/5, facilities 1/5, connectivity 2/5, overall 1.5/5. Seriously, don't go there.

The room was clean and good for the size of the area, and the staff behaved well. Food from the outside restaurant was good too. The bathroom, though, was uncomfortable and dirty.
