There’s a restaurant at the hotel entrance, but guests who pay a large amount for a package that includes breakfast and dinner are strictly prohibited from eating those meals in the hotel’s own restaurant. The manager’s reason was, “People who eat dal chaval aren’t allowed to eat in the restaurant, it’s against their set rules.”

Parking was a problem too: there’s no hotel parking, so we were told to leave the car on a busy street, and any traffic fine would be our responsibility. The rooms smelled damp and weren’t looked after, and the AC rattled like a tractor all night. Staff were unfriendly, and the management felt very unprofessional. There’s no kitchen or place to eat. The restaurant shown in the photos is a cafe where hotel guests aren’t allowed. Even though breakfast and dinner were part of our package, both meals were brought from nearby places and served in our room. Breakfast was cold tea, rock-hard bread, and poori sabzi from a nearby stall; dinner came from a nearby eatery. My money was wasted. Please save yours and book somewhere else. I hope nobody else has to go through what I did. Don’t be an owl by booking this WISEOWL COMFOTEL.
