Nexstay River Mouth International

Mr. Lenin at reception was especially welcoming, and all the receptionists were very helpful. I stayed one night in a spacious room with good amenities, and the price made it feel outstanding value. The hospitality was highly professional and extraordinary. I’d gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Calicut.

For an overnight stop on a long drive, this is a good alternative to heading into the city center. It’s on the roadside of NH 66, near Ramanattukara, south of Kozhikode city, and close to the Chaliyar River, though it isn’t river-side. The rooms are clean and spacious, and I house restaurant serves multi-cuisine food. A good place to stay with family.

We had to leave after finding bedbugs in the room. There were other problems too, including a cigarette smell and dirty bed covers that we asked to have changed. When we complained, the receptionist offered another room, but that wasn’t what we wanted. The manager was informed about such a serious issue but didn’t show up or even speak with us. A major disappointment, the worst hotel experience I could have had.

I booked this recently for a guest and their family, and they had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. A solid choice for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.
