I was assigned a Classic Triple Room that was in terrible shape. The air-conditioner barely worked, the washroom's electric water heater was dead with its wires disconnected, and nobody cleaned the room during my three-day stay. I paid a lot for a very poor experience, including an advance payment, and would like the excess amount refunded. Please look into this and get back to me. The hotel I stayed in wasn't the one shown when I booked online. Check the listings: Super Hotel O Rishra Railway Station and Green Guest House appear as separate places, about 100 metres apart. Please verify the actual conditions before advertising these places. Customers come from far away for business, and this felt like deliberate cheating.

I've been here twice, and they still wouldn't accept online verification through e adhar. Because of that, we were delayed by an hour. That was really frustrating.

The staff were gentle and friendly, so do visit these properties, guys. My check-in, the food, and the amenities all earned five stars. Everything was better than I expected and made the stay really enjoyable. I'd highly recommend the hotel to travelers.
