Vazhappilly Residency Hotel

The rooms were clean, which matters a lot to me, and the staff were friendly. I was there on business and needed a few prints, and the manager was happy to help. For a hotel in an industrial area, it was better than I expected, and the overall stay was good. Breakfast is served at the small restaurant beside the hotel, but dosa was the only option. That was a little disappointing, though at least we had something to eat instead of going hungry at a highway hotel. The cleanliness is what earned it 4/5 stars from me.

The restaurant next door really stood out. They bring food to your room at no extra charge, the Indian food was the best I've had so far, and the coffee was very good too. The only reason I count this as a 4 🌟 hotel rather than 5 🌟 is that the restaurant is next door. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and it seems hygienic because it's new. The photos match the rooms. It's the best option around here by far, reasonably priced, with great staff. Highly recommend it.

The location right by the highway is very convenient, and the price isn't too high for what you get. The hotel is well maintained, with modern furnishings and new style rooms and bathrooms. Staff are friendly, and the smart card lets you unlock the door without a key.

The staff were especially hospitable, even washing my car without being asked. Breakfast is available at restaurants beside the complex, with the cost covered by the hotel, though there's no restaurant inside. The place is surprisingly luxurious for a lesser known part of Kerala and affordable for its facilities. Rooms are spacious, with free WiFi, a safe, toiletries, a fridge, and parking. A good base for checking out the athirapilly falls and related spots.
