Hotel Viditva 3 by OYO Rooms

The bed and AC were fine, but there was no latch on the inside of the door. Staff with duplicate keys could open the room from outside whenever they wanted. There's a kitchen, but when you order something, a staff member goes out and gets it from somewhere else. Watch the bill closely: if you don't ask for it, the staff member may try to keep Rs. 200-300. For half chilli chicken, he told me the bill was Rs. 500. The room had no floormat, and the washroom had no liquid handwash, toothbrush, or toothpaste. This was the worst experience. I don't know when OYO started including hotels like this. Don't go there.

The owner made sure we had no issues during either of my two stays, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is right in the heart of noida, which is its best feature. On our second visit, ongoing maintenance caused a water leak. We complained, and they moved us to another room.

It's a good budget hotel in a new building, with nice-looking interiors and rooms that are neither too big nor too small. The staff are friendly, and they keep strict control over visitor documentation, which is good for guest safety and authenticity. Connectivity is good too. The only downside was some noise in rooms facing the road. Hotel management could look into soundproofing those rooms. Otherwise, a good stay.

I booked Hotel Viditva 3 through the OYO mobile app on 22nd September for check-in on 23rd September, at 1200/- Rs. Before booking, I spoke to the property owner about the price. He said the 1200/- booking amount was fine and that I could come the next day for check-in at that same price. But when I arrived, he refused to check me in unless I paid 1800/- Rs. He also behaved badly toward me. This was the worst behavior I've experienced from a property owner while booking an Oyo room. How disgusting. I wish I could give this hotel 0 rating. If the owner doesn't know how to treat customers, I have no confidence they'll provide good service to guests who have already checked in.
