We booked every room for my son's wedding, from December 5, 2025 to December 9, and the stay was really, really bad. Staff were rude and very poor at their jobs, nobody listened, and the conditions were extremely unhygienic. They didn't clean the lobby even once, and several washroom sewage drains were blocked. I had read negative reviews before booking, but was told they were all from one family and that I should look at the many positive reviews. Sorry to say, there was nothing positive about our stay. The receptionist and the person running the property had no basic manners. I don't have bad intentions toward anyone, I'm just sharing my own experience.

There was a 35-minute power cut, and no diesel was ready for the generator. There were mosquitoes and other pests, too. The bed sheets and pillows were untidy, and there were no proper soap or shampoo kits. The rooms have no windows, though I got one with a balcony after asking. It may be okay for a single night before checking out the next day, since it's close to the bypass. For a longer stay, look elsewhere.

The rooms weren't clean, and the sheets they said were clean were covered in dust. Service was painfully slow: a coffee, breakfast, or any meal could take two to three hours on average, and even water bottles didn't arrive on time. The food was awful but priced like a high-end restaurant. Electricity was another major problem, with no load balancing. Whole floors stayed blacked out all night, and the elevators stopped working, so we had to use the stairs. The staff showed no sense of hospitality, and this was especially bad for a bulk booking. I can't believe the four-star reviews. One of the worst experiences in the country, and a truly pathetic place.

A very good stay. Everyone was cooperative, and the hotel is good for people who like peace.
