The Signature Hotel By OYO Rooms

The room had a foul smell that was unbearable, and the poor cleanliness made it feel unhealthy and uncomfortable. There was no restaurant, and beyond reception there was no staff support. No TV in the rooms either, and even a basic bathroom item like a bucket was missing. The bed also needed serious improvement. Standard facilities were absent, which made this a poor choice for families and business travelers. If OYO certifies a property, its quality should be checked properly so people aren't misled. I wouldn't stay here again and would advise travelers to choose somewhere else.

After I arrived, the receptionist first said there were no rooms, even though I'd booked through OYO and called ahead to confirm. I contacted OYO support and handed the phone to the receptionist, who then acknowledged the booking and said a room would be arranged. A staff member took me up to the terrace and showed me a filthy, dusty room that nobody could stay in, so I left. I suspect they take bookings and then give the rooms to other people for higher prices, though the owners may not know about it. I was the one left dealing with the problem, including paying a substantial cab fare to get there. Don't book this place in advance.

It's about 200 meters from Noida sec 59 Metro station, but the rooms and bathrooms are below standard. The bathrooms were very dirty, common areas were filthy, and the rooms didn't have locks. Staff wouldn't listen when I raised issues. They charged around 1000 rs for poor rooms and service, which felt far too much. The service was terrible.

The beds were dirty and the sheets looked unclean, so it didn't feel comfortable or safe to sleep there. We had no drinking water in the room, and when we asked, the staff were rude and disrespectful instead of helping. There was no AC, which made the room unbearable in hot weather, and no geyser or hot water either. Basic amenities were missing, the hygiene was terrible, and management seemed poor. A very disappointing stay. I'd never recommend this hotel.
