The check-in went smoothly, and the hotel is in a posh colony in the heart of Noida. I recommend it. Before arriving, I'd visited four hotels in Noida and had to go back because none had AC rooms, even though OYO showed them as available and took bookings.

After a long, exhausting day, I arrived late at night and found that the kitchen had already closed at 11:00 PM. The menu clearly listed a 'Midnight Menu,' but there was absolutely nothing available to eat. It was a shocking disappointment. The next day I ordered food through Swiggy and asked for just a plate and spoon. I called Room Dining/Kitchen several times, but nobody answered. The person I reached wouldn't listen and just kept repeating, "Call the kitchen." He didn't try to help or arrange for the kitchen staff to call me back. Despite asking more than once, I never got that call. My experience was extremely disappointing, far below what I'd expect from a brand of this stature.

The staff were lovely, nice, and cooperative, and the food tasted good and homely. We had a wonderful stay in very clean, nice rooms, with room service that was very good and fast.

Mr. Kapil was especially friendly and helpful, and the rest of the staff were very polite too. It's a really good hotel, and I highly recommend it.

I loved my two-day stay here. The food was good, and apart from the makemytrip charges, they didn't add any extra fees.
