Hotel Crown Royal

Perfect location, clean rooms, quick service, and polite staff. Had a really comfortable stay. Definitely recommended!

The staff were terrible about handling my complaint. At check-in they told me the room geyser was working, but when I went to shower in the morning, no water came through. Nothing was done after I reported it.

A peaceful, safe stay, with well-behaved staff. Best place to stay, safety 100%.

After I paid for seven rooms, my guests used only four, with three left spare. I had told the staff about those extra rooms, but they didn’t explain that guests should use them. Instead, another guest was put into one of the rooms already in use, and I was charged extra. I was left paying more despite having booked seven rooms, and the staff’s ignorance, or plan to charge extra, caused a lot of hassle. I wasn’t at the hotel when the calls started asking me to pay. They didn’t provide itemized bills, and staff couldn’t explain how they had calculated the total. After I asked several times, I got a handwritten note a few hours later with bundled service charges, still without item-by-item details. Even after paying, I’m still waiting for a proper bill showing what services were used and what each cost.
