Hotel G-20 Inn

I had a great experience here. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms feel luxurious, and the food is good too.

The rooftop club/bar played music so loudly that it was hard to sleep or rest. The TV didn’t work either, and the receptionist gave no response. I’d booked for two days, but the room lacked basic things like a towel, napkin, body wash, and a phone number for reception. When I asked for a towel, they said they didn’t have one and would provide it the next day. I’d come in from traveling in the rain, so I needed to bathe or at least dry off, and had nothing. The room charges feel high for this kind of service.

The bottle costs 50 rupees, the service isn’t good, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families.

Outside food isn’t allowed for guests, and there was a party with music going late into the night. When I checked in, I complained that the DishTV hadn’t been recharged, but my complaint was never resolved, even by checkout. The service was very bad.
