The restaurant staff were professional and polite, and the breakfast and meals were very good. The AC service, though, was down for more than 3-4 hours. The service guys couldn't help, and it took over an hour to get another room and speak with the manager, who was very late despite several calls. Only after I complained firmly did they give me a new room. The service team and management should check things before handing over keys. At the service desk, they don't listen properly: orders don't arrive unless you call repeatedly, and sometimes they hang up before hearing you out, so they bring the wrong item. It's a communication gap.

The rooms were spacious, and the staff were really friendly. It was a great experience at ortus hotel, with everything an ordinary customer needs. I'd happily come back in future, and would recommend booking here without a second thought.

On my first visit to the Hotel, I was very satisfied with the whole experience. The staff were humble and professional, especially the Manager Mr. Mahendra Kumar. If you're visiting Kota, I recommend staying here and experiencing it.

I'm at the hotel right now, and really like the place. Everything has been good, from the staff's behaviour to room service. The food was especially delicious.

We loved everything about our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. The breakfast buffet impressed us too, with lots of options for our Pure Veg taste.
