There are CCTV cameras, so it felt safe, and hot and cold water were available anytime. The price seemed reasonable. It's close to both the Regional Institute of Education and All Institute of Speech and Hearing, though the cot is a little small.
The location is excellent, and because the residency is near RIE, it will probably get many academic visitors. The rooms should be kept cleaner.
Five stars for Mr. Anand, the service person. He's a really good, excellent worker.
Dust and hair covered the room, and the sheets were either stained or torn. Nothing seemed to have been cleaned, and maintenance was poor. The price wasn't justified at all. Easily my worst experience.
There isn't any car parking inside the residence plot, so parking is outside. The room was very poor, the bedsheet wasn't properly cleaned, and room service was really bad.
