We stayed for two nights in a double-bed deluxe room after a friend recommended the hotel. The room looked a little old, but it was very clean, including the beds and pillows. The bathroom was spacious and clean too. The only small downside was the towels, which were very old and rough. There's an RO water dispenser on the floor we stayed on, something no other hotel has ever provided for us. Parking is ample, with basement parking as an option. The front-office staff member was really nice and helpful, assisting with the booking and quick check-in, then helping us plan the day and places to visit. Great location, service, and staff.

Everything went smoothly during our stay, with no issues or concerns, and the services were consistently good. The hotel is well maintained and has a comfortable, welcoming feel that works well for families. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax.

Geeta Mam deserves special thanks for showing us how to get around Mysore on a budget without getting scammed. The staff were friendly, polite, and familiar with guests, and they were always ready to help. My recent stay in Mysore was wonderful, with clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms and a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere. The warm hospitality and comfort made the experience memorable. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mysore. Thanks for the memories, Hotel Mazuss.

The location made it easy to get to nearby sights, about 2 km from Mysore Palace and the zoo. The price wasn't too high compared with nearby hotels. Rooms were well maintained, with basic essentials, a kettle, TV, and a proper locking system. The place was neat and clean, staff were friendly and well behaved, and hot water was available 24/7. Parking and a lift are also available.

Parking inside the premises was essential for me, and this was one of the few options I found among hotels in Srirangapatana and Mysore that offered it. It's also economical and in a very good location, with plenty of food options nearby. There's no in-house restaurant, but you can bring food in, and being near the city center made that easy. The place has an old-world charm, with beautiful, spacious interiors, very large beds with cushioned backrests, and neat, roomy bathrooms. The staff are great and always ready to help. Geetha Ma'am made booking seamless, and her follow-ups were very helpful. A great choice if you're visiting Mysore or Srirangapatana.
