Hotel Vaishnavi

I spent nearly five hours speaking with customer care, but they still wouldn't let me check in without paying the balance. I had paid part of the amount online in advance, and had been told I could pay the rest at checkout. At the hotel, they said I had to pay it then or they'd cancel the booking without giving a refund. The owner should fix these problems instead of just apologizing in response to reviews. An extremely bad experience. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The price is cheap, but still at least twice what this place should cost. The rooms have old, broken fixtures and don't even come with a towel, wardrobe, cupboard, or anything like that. Staff aren't rude, but they aren't polite either, and don't seem to care whether you feel welcome. It's meant to be a one-star hotel, but it really doesn't feel like one.

The bedsheets and rooms were clean, the AC worked properly, and the hotel staff were good. But couples should be careful about being intimate in the washroom: some have a small gap in the wall. Another couple in the room attached to mine was doing that, and I'm not joking. I'm a good person, but that doesn't mean everyone else is. That's why mishaps happen when idiots stay at hotels, so put your safety first. If you ask the staff to move you to another room, they'll help.
