Kanchan Hotel

Every door in the room, even the entrance, was broken, and I had to figure out how to open them. There was hair all over the bed, sofa, bathroom and toilet seat, and the flush didn’t work. The food was the worst I’ve ever eaten. I complained, but nothing was done. Worst experience ever 😪.

I paid in advance, but when I was leaving, the caretaker, an old man, made a bill for less than what I had paid. I was cheated. The young man at the counter at night was nice and well behaved, but I think the old caretaker is a fraudster and a looter. He makes a bill for a smaller amount and keeps the difference without even telling the owner, the young man. Never go there.

It has the best facilities I’ve seen at a hotel near Nayapura bus stand, and the rooms are available at a cheap rate with AC. The staff management is a bit poor, with delays in room service. Food is the main problem, it costs too much and has a lot of issues.

The food is the standout. The basmati rice pulao, or veg biryani, is a special dish, and you’ll hardly find this kind of preparation elsewhere. The quality is so good you won’t miss home. It’s also a safe place for families, with very good housekeeping and room service. To me, it seems the best hotel in Nayapura at an affordable rate.
