5 Flowers Ananta Elite, Kota

I've been coming to Kota for 6-7 years and have tried nearly all the hotels here. For the past year I've stayed at Hotel 5 Flowers every month, and it really stands apart. The rooms are top quality, the service is excellent, and the staff are so polite and helpful. Five Flowers is the one I'd book if you're visiting Kota. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We hosted our Sagai ceremony here and expected better coordination, transparency, and professionalism from a venue under the Ananta brand. The food service fell short of what we'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Essential music system connections were removed during the event, disrupting things. The final bill was about ₹1,00,000 above the estimate, mainly because of the plate count. Waiters kept serving extra plates when they weren't needed, and nobody had clearly discussed this with us beforehand. It caused a lot of stress at the end. Guests should get all arrangements and billing terms clearly agreed in advance. Reply to the management's reply: Refusing hookah was acceptable. Stopping the music at 3 am was acceptable too. What wasn't acceptable was serving bland, tasteless food to hundreds of our guests at your 4-star hotel. Serving leftover rotis and sabjis to the bride and groom wasn't acceptable either. The least you could have done was serve them simple dal and tawa roti, which wouldn't take much effort. Instead, you served leftovers, and rather than apologising, you're talking about punctuality.

The hotel and rooms were good, but one staff member was very rude and didn't know how to speak to a woman. His words were, “tu btaye gi kya.” He told me his name was Vikash goswami.

The hospitality was excellent, and both the front office team and restaurant staff were polite and humble. Really nice hotel, food, and service. Highly recommend it.
