The room itself was comfortable and good, but I had a mixed stay because of the service and policies. I paid ₹3,000 a night as a walk-in, then saw the same rooms online for much less, with breakfast included. I also saw foreign guests getting breakfast for free, but was told it wasn’t part of my rate. The reception desk wouldn’t accept UPI or cards, only cash, which was inconvenient. The elderly man at the desk was dismissive, making both check-in and checkout unpleasant. It’s frustrating to pay more and get less than online guests. They should make the breakfast policy consistent and train the front-desk staff to show basic courtesy. I’d book online or look elsewhere for better service.

The towels and bedsheets were just average, and some had visible stains, so that needs attention. The rooms are small, even in the premium category, though the old-looking AC units cooled them properly. Staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made check-in and the stay pleasant. Hotel Cottage Yes Please is decent for a short visit if you mainly need somewhere to rest between getting around the city.

Naim, the travel agent inside the hotel, made booking several train tickets easy. The staff were kind and friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. A spacious, bright, clean place to stay in Paharganj. 10/10!

The staff were outstanding, always polite, friendly, and ready to help. The location is excellent, close to everything you need. My room had a window and was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with hot water in the shower. Definitely worth the price, and highly recommended.

The rooftop seating was a lovely extra. My room was clean and good, with bottled water and a comfy bed, and the staff were so friendly. They even helped me get set up with a SIM card. Great stay on the busy streets of Delhi!
