We left within 1 day. The hotel was deserted when we arrived, and we were the only ones there. It’s near nala. There was no water, a bad smell, sheets that looked like they hadn’t been changed for years, and a bathroom worse than a public toilet. Nobody was around to help. OYO, why have you kept this hotel on your list? Remove it immediately.

People in other rooms could hear me, and I could hear them talking too. Mosquitoes kept me from sleeping. The bedsheets were a bit dirty, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned either. The staff were polite and very helpful, but these issues affected my stay badly, and the hotel should take them as suggestions for improvement.

They offered me a room for 1,000, even though I’d already paid 400 through OYO, and wanted another 600 from me. I’d booked directly with OYO and arrived at night. They said the hotel was full, then offered what they called a special or standard deluxe room as the last option. OYO’s customer support wasn’t helpful, so I’d avoid paying online in this situation.
